I am a 63 yr old male. While looking out of an upstairs open window directly to the south, I observed three lights in an echelon form

There was one light, but if you used binoculors you could see for lights.

Dark tranlucent shape appers out of nowhere then vanishes within a secound.

It was a silver rectangle just sitting still in the daylight sky
