a cigar shaped object hovered then backed up , came forward and then quickly disappeared!

Light high in the sky after dusk appeared to be satellite , but curved and changed speed

Seemingly very high altitude light/object moving at various speeds, and not in a straight line.

This is the fourth report concerning the "lights" I have seen in the skies near Austin, Texas. ((Possible spider webs??))

I saw a green ball of light with an orange tail for 3 sec. in central Texas.
