I submitted this report back in 2005. I have been reviewing my report from that time. There are a couple of things that are incorrect.

Saw a craft decend over some power lines and hover. Saucer shaped with bright lights around the middle

1977 my siblings and I saw a huge disc shaped UFO with revolving lights and lots of windows hovering in front of us.

A low-flying, zigzagging disk-shaped object with lights was reported over Grand Rapids, Michigan, in early 1970, observed for about thirty minutes.
