White, red, green, metallic colored objects moving in brief zig zag patterns, bouncy movements and stay at stand still would form weird

We saw ~20 black hawks high in the sky, and they seemed huge proportionally. Then we saw about 8 white small (maybe round drones?)

This isn't a report, but I would like to explain the recent reports of the lights in Minneapolis, MN. These are advertising lights.
