Very tall (up to 3 m), green, scaled bipeds encased in what witnesses described as segmented, armor-like plating rather than bare reptilian skin alone, with clawed three-fingered hands, glowing or reflective eyes, and a slow, deliberate gait. Distinct from the generic conspiracy-era Reptilian by the specific, repeatedly-detailed 'armored' texture and by claimed telepathic contact delivered through touch rather than speech.
